· We have created their Companions of special creation.(56:35)And made them virgin - pure and undefiled (56:36)

Pure Spouses:

We shall admit those who have believed and have worked righteousness into gardens through which rivers flow, abiding therein for ever. Therein shall they have pure spouses, and we shall admit them into pleasant and plenteous shade. (4:57)

Pure companions:

For the righteous are gardens in nearness to their lord, with rivers flowing beneath; therein is their eternal home; with companions pure and holy (3:16)

Pure women with beautiful eyes:

The chosen servants of allah will have a provision already announced, fruits of various kinds; and they will be honored in gardens of bliss, seated on thrones, facing one another. They will be served with goblets from a flowing fountain, containing sparkling white drink, delicious to the taste, wherein there will be neither intoxication nor heaviness. With them will be pure women, with restrained looks and large beautiful eyes, as though they were eggs with their glossy shine well taken care of. (37: 41-49)

Pure women with eyes downcast of equal age (incentive to die young:)

The righteous will surely have an excellent retreat—gardens of eternity, with their gates thrown open to them, reclining therein on cushions. They will call therein at pleasure for plenteous fruit and drink. With them will be pure women with eyes downcast, companions of equal age. (38:49-52)

Verily for the righteous there will be a fulfillment of the heart’s desires; gardens enclosed, and grapevines, companions of equal age, and a cup full to the brim. (78:31-34)

Verily, the righteous will be in a place of security, amid gardens and springs, attired in fine silk and heavy brocade, facing one another. Thus will it be. We shall give them as companions fair maidens, having wide lustrous eyes. (44:51-54)

Big eyed companions:

They (the righteous) will recline with ease on thrones of dignity arranged in ranks; and we shall join them to companions, with beautiful big and lustrous eyes. (52:20)

Chaste maidens of modest gaze, carpets and fruits:

But for him who fears to stand before his lord there are two gardens (55:46) Then which of the favors of your lord will ye deny?(55:47) Containing all kinds of trees (55:48) In them each will be two springs flowing free. (55:50) In them will be fruits of every kind, two and two. (55:523) They will recline on carpets, whose inner lining will be of rich brocade: the fruit of the gardens will be near and easy of reach (55:54) In them will be maidens, chaste, restraining their glances, whom no man or jinn before them has touched—(55:56) In them will be fruits and dates and pomegranates: (55:68) In them will be fair companions, good, beautiful—(55:70) Companions restrained as to their glances, in goodly pavilions (55:72) Whom no man or jinn before them has touched (55:74) Reclining on green cushions and rich carpets of beauty. (55:76)

SPECIALLY CREATED VIRGINS, fresh fowl, black eyes, and bananas:

Those who are foremost, they will be the honored ones, dwelling in the gardens of bliss; a large party from the early believers, And a few from the late-comers, reclining on couches in wrought with gold and jewels, facing one another. They will be waited on by ageless youths, carrying goblets and ewers and cups filled out of a flowing spring, neither causing headache nor inebriating ,and such fruits as they choose, and the flesh of fowl as they may desire. They will have as companions maidens with lovely black eyes, pure as pearls well guarded; a recompense for what they did. They will not hear therein any vain or sinful talk, but only the salutation: Peace, peace. Those on the right, how fortunate will those on the right be! They will be amidst thornless lote-trees and clustered bananas and extensive shades, and falling water, and varieties of fruit, endless and unforbidden. They will have noble spouses, whom we specially created, and made virgins, loving and matching in age, for those in the right. (56:10-38)

And round them will serve youths of perpetual freshness: if thou seest them, thou woulst think them scattered pearls. (76:19)

Handsome youths:

And we shall bestow on them, of fruit and meat, anything they shall desire. They shall there exchange, one with another, a loving cup free of frivolity, free of all taint of ill. Round about them will serve, devoted to them, youths, handsome as pearls well guarded. (52:24)

For them will be gardens of eternity, beneath them rivers will flow: they will be adorned therein with bracelets of gold, and they will wear green garments of fine silk and heavy brocade; they will recline therein on raised thrones. (18:31)

Allah will admit those who believe and act righteously into gardens beneath which rivers flow. They will be given bracelets of gold and pearls to wear, and their raiment therein will be of silk. (22:23)

Dishes and cups of gold:

Enter the garden, you and your wives, delighted and joyful. Dishes and cups of gold will be passed round to them, and in them will be all that the hearts desire and in which the eyes delight. (43:70-71)

Goblets, cushions & carpets:

Therein will be a bubbling spring: therein will be thrones of dignity raised on high, goblets placed ready, and cushions set in rows, and rich carpets all spread out. (88:12-16)

Mohammad is asked what happens to all the food one eats and drinks in heaven. Do they defecate or urinate?

Muslims in heaven sweat out their waste in heaven (and it smells fabulous):

I heard Allah's Apostle as saying that the inmates of Paradise would eat and drink but would neither spit, nor pass water, nor void excrement, nor suffer catarrh. It was said: Then what would happen with food? Thereupon he said: "They would belch and sweat and their sweat would be that of musk and they would glorify and praise Allah as easily as you breathe."
